“Windows on Mac” at the Apple Store
As part of MacCentric Solutions, Inc.’s commitment to supporting cross-platform environments, our principals, Noam Birnbaum and Steve Favarger, have presented “Windows on Mac” at many of the regional Apple Stores. In addition to well-known solutions like Parallels and Fusion, the presentations have focused on the myriad other ways of running Windows on a Mac, such as Crossover, Wine, and RDC. Audiences’ most popular question is whether we recommend Parallels or Fusion. The answer: it depends on the most recent release of each! The two are in such heated competition that they tend to play leapfrog with each others’ feature set, speed, and stability.
